I’m Ruiyao Hao(Nevaeh).

A graduate student at the University of Ottawa specializing in Digital Transformation and Innovation in UX Design. With an academic background in Communication and hands-on experience at Bosch, Deloitte, and the University of Ottawa, I bring together strategic thinking, user-centered design, and data-driven decision making.

My work spans UX/UI design, digital content, web development, and data analysis. I enjoy turning complex problems into clear and intuitive digital experiences, whether through research, design systems, interactive prototypes, or data storytelling. I care deeply about accessibility, usability, and real user needs, and I believe good design should not only look good, but also work well.

I’ve worked across education, technology, eCommerce, and marketing environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful digital solutions. I’m especially passionate about creating experiences that are practical, thoughtful, and measurable, helping both users and organizations achieve their goals.
